The Young Women’s Alliance (YWA) is a young professional’s organization that has been a staple of the Austin community for over 20 years. YWA seeks to build a community that supports, empowers, and connects women through personal and professional educational programs and events.
YWA is excited to announce the launch of its new five-year Strategic Plan, including new Vision and Mission statements for the organization. This plan was developed through an extensive committee process, integrating member and board feedback as well as expert consultant knowledge. The Plan will provide the next five presidents with a blueprint to carry out the YWA Vision and Mission through 2030.
