YWA Senior Chairs are volunteer leaders who help bring YWA’s mission to life. Working alongside the Board of Directors, they assist with leading key committees, oversee programs and initiatives, mentor committee members, and help shape the member experience. These roles provide meaningful leadership experience while strengthening both the organization and the future of YWA.
