Jessica moved to Austin in 2015 to cofound SINC which is a B2B marketing services company. She joined YWA shortly after and joined the AU40 committee for 2 years. Service to her community has always been a priority regardless of her location or job role. She is a MN native and found her way to home of ATX after living in Hawaii then Chicago. In her spare time, you can find her exploring the world, music/concerts, time in the outdoors and most importantly time with family and friends.

Kristen is a Realtor at Realty Austin, is the owner of Austin Flower Walls, and is currently serving her second year as a chair for YWA, as she is passionate about helping women grow personally and professionally, while building connections along the way. She enjoys walking the hike and bike trail, spending time with her three dogs (Zeek, Zane, and Zoey!), and volunteering for the Austin Diaper Bank.
Kristen McKelvie

Lynda is a native Austinite who is passionate about public health and helping others. She has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Houston and currently works at HHSC, where she helps implement critical health programs across Texas. In her spare time, you’ll find her hanging out with her long-term boyfriend, Matt and mini golden-doodle, Riley (@heyrileydoodle) at new brunch and sushi spots, doodle romps and enjoying time outdoors.
Lynda Ma

Meggan a Data Scientist by training, but she currently works as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Vacasa, which is the largest short-term vacation rental property manager. She had a non-traditional path from studying International Relations and Economics to working in HR before moving to a more technical career. She really enjoys the freedom, intellectual challenge, and innovation in the tech industry, and is a strong advocate for women in tech in addition to supporting the success and development of women and girls in general. Meggan is from Frisco, Texas, and grew up playing and competing in sports, primarily in tennis.
Meggan Lanpher

Morgan moved to Austin in early 2019 with her (now) fiancé and knew she never wanted to leave! She works in finance at Dell and is passionate about helping women feel confident about managing their personal finances. In her spare time, she enjoys checking out new restaurants, reading anything in the Hello Sunshine book club, walking her dog around the lake, and volunteering at APA!

Nicole is a passionate Adult Education advocate and works as a Career Pathways Coordinator at Austin Community College. where she enrolls and supports adult students in college credit courses. In her spare time, she enjoys salsa dancing, volunteering at various Austin non-profits, and checking out the local food and events scene.
